Every day, we help hundreds of people who have been injured in accidents. We believe that if you've been injured in an accident and it feels wrong, it probably is - we're here to help you get your life back on track.

The conversations which take place every day between our customers and our Helpline Advisors are central to everything we do. We're proud of the friendly and empathetic service they provide, and we felt that it was right to focus on this in our TV advertising.

Our team are on hand seven days a week to help and will never rush or pressure you. If you've been injured in an accident that feels wrong, take a look at the pages on our website to see how we can help you make it right.

If you'd prefer, give us a call on to talk through what has happened.

National Accident Helpline was a regular fixture on TV screens with our Underdog character, voiced by Joe Pasquale, in the 2010s. Now we are taking a fresh approach by showcasing real people who have had their lives affected by a personal injury. The purpose of the campaign is to take the stigma away from making a legitimate claim, which helps people to rebuild their lives after an accident.

#TellYourStory

Our latest campaign, #TellYourStory, focuses on the people who we help every day in villages, towns and cities up and down the country.

The ads feature aerial views of different locations across the UK with CGI orbs rising, like distress signals, from within them - representing the calls being made to us.

People are shown in their homes on the phone and snippets of their conversations are heard, with the orbs transitioning from red to teal as an advisor assures them that we can help.

The colour change symbolises the shift from ‘wrong' to ‘right' which was originally established in our 2017 campaign, ‘When it's wrong, make it right'.

Every story matters, and everyone has a story to tell. At National Accident Helpline, we're ready to hear you out.
