I love being the 200th employee! Everybody here is so friendly and helpful; it's just such a happy environment to be in. I've made friends really quickly and already feel like part of the family. It was such a big change from my previous jobs, but I am enjoying working for National Accident Helpline and look forward to learning and progressing within the company.

I started my career at National Accident Helpline as a Legal Services Advisor in the call centre. It’s a great department to work in and there is a great team spirit from everyone. Working for National Accident helpline is fun, varied, fast paced and challenging. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, which makes it a really good environment to work in. I enjoy working here as I have had the opportunity to get involved in committees, helping to feedback issues and concerns and resolve them as well as organising fun events. I really enjoy this. I would recommend working here as it is ever changing and growing, there's always something new to sink your teeth into and there's never a dull moment. For example, I started as a Legal Services Advisor dealing with personal injury and then got the opportunity to be a Claims Advisor dealing with PPI when the scheme was piloted. It’s a great feeling knowing that not only are you talking to a variety of different consumers, you are helping them get something back that they deserve.
