Company Announcement: Are you being cold called by someone claiming to be National Accident Helpline?
It’s come to our attention that unfortunately, some people have received cold calls from 08432750108 – the caller is claiming to be associated with National Accident Helpline. The caller usually asks to speak to ‘the person that has had the accident in the last three years’, and often calls back repeatedly.
The phone number 08432750108 has nothing to do with National Accident Helpline – we never cold call anyone. This is an important part of our business ethics – we only help genuine claimants, we never cold call (or cold text) anyone, and, if you do claim compensation with us, we’ll never give any of your details to other organisations unless you tell us we can.
If you receive cold calls from 08432750108, or anyone else claiming to be associated with National Accident Helpline, we would ask you to report the call to the Trading Standards Authority and our centralised call centre on 0800 4561 052.
