Making No Win No Fee Compensation Claims

We’ve helped thousands of people claim 100% compensation for a wide range of accidents and injuries.

When the Government took away the public's access to Legal Aid for most accident claims in 2000, it was on the basis that people needing help to make a claim would be able to use a solicitor on a No Win No Fee arrangement instead.

The Solicitor assesses the compensation claim, and decides if it is likely to win. If it is, then he will help you with the claim using a No Win No Fee agreement to cover his charges. The agreement is that he will be paid nothing at all if the compensation claim fails, or has to be abandoned. But if the claim succeeds, he can have a "success fee" or bonus in addition to his standard charges for the claim. The success fee as well as the standard charges would be recoverable from the other side if the case was won.

If you have had an accident, get independent advice as quickly as possible from one of our specialist solicitors, on the no win no fee compensation claims process. They will advise you about your rights, rehabilitation, claiming for any loss of earnings, and about compensation for your injuries.

Compensation claims should be successful if it can be shown that someone has been at fault in some way - that they have failed in a duty or not taken reasonable care - and that this fault or failure caused (or partly caused) the accident. This may be quite obvious in some cases, but in others it can be quite complicated.

With National Accident Helpline you can be confident that you will be looked after by specialist professionals who will talk you through all aspects of making a no win no fee compensation claim.
