Will I have to pay a fee if I win my claim?
If your claim is successful and you’re awarded compensation, the other side’s insurance company will normally pay all your solicitor’s costs in addition to 100% compensation. This means you pay nothing. There are some exceptions but your solicitor will be able to explain this clearly to you before your claim starts.

National Accident Helpline is paid by the no win no fee solicitors that we represent. They pay us a fee to advertise their specialised services to accident victims, which enables us to put you in touch with them quickly and easily. This cost is not passed onto you. If you win your claim, you will receive 100% compensation. Even if you lose your claim, your solicitor will cover all costs.
