One of our senior litigators, Amy forensically builds the strongest possible claims for our customers.

Background

Amy grew up in Manchester and joined National Accident Law in 2021 as a legal assistant. Today she’s one of our skilled senior litigators. A BA (Hons) graduate in Media Professional Studies, Amy has put in the hard yards to develop a successful career in personal injury law. She understands what it takes to build strong claims for customers when they need our legal help the most.

Skills

Amy brings with her a strong suit of communication and legal skills and knows how important care and compassion are to people who have been injured in an accident that wasn’t their fault.

Amy’s role

Amy takes on personal injury compensation claims when the other side involved challenges accident liability, doesn't admit fault or if the circumstances are difficult or challenging. Her task is then to build the strongest possible case for a successful outcome: this requires a thorough understanding of both the law and legal procedure.

Amy works closely with our customers to set expectations and explain the legal process clearly and with care. She also makes all the necessary preparations should the claim go to court. It's a forensic job that requires diplomacy, compassion and a sharp eye for the details that can often make all the difference.

Outside the office

Brought up in Manchester, Amy has a young child and a cocker spaniel canine companion - so has plenty on her plate already.
