Background...

With A-levels in psychology, physics, maths and dance, plus experience in the retail and restaurant sectors, Faye joined National Accident Law as part of the Operations Team in 2019.

With a working apprenticeship in law a more appealing alternative to university, Faye enrolled as a paralegal apprentice. Today she is part of our Claims Preparation Team – the first point of contact for customers.

Skills...

With strong people and service know-how developed in hospitality, Faye understands how important the service ethic and good interpersonal skills are in a legal environment. She is currently studying at the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) law school for her Level 3 qualification in Law and Practice. Faye's ambition is to keep training and qualify as a solicitor.

Faye's role...

As a paralegal apprentice, Faye supports our legal team, working with them to help build the best possible case for compensation on behalf of our customers.

Faye carries out certain legal tasks, including research, preparing legal documents, filing claims documentation, collecting evidence, filing documents at court as well as being involved in giving some types of legal advice.

Outside the office...

Born in Essex and now living in Northamptonshire, Faye enjoys travel and socialising. In 2018, she spent time in Costa Rica volunteering with a sea turtle sanctuary.
