COVID-19: despite current events, we're open and ready to help. Stay safe!

I agree for National Accident Helpline to contact me.

I look after the support functions - Resource Planning, System Support and Service Support - within our Legal Support Centre.

My role

I make sure that the Legal Support Centre support functions run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. I help my teams to liaise with our panel firms, deal with customer queries, and ensure we have the right people available to help at the right times.

My background

I joined National Accident Helpline as a Legal Support Advisor 10 years ago. After two years I took a role in the IT team as System Co-Ordinator, where I was involved in lots of change projects. In 2017, I moved back into Operations as Operations Support Team Manager. Before joining NAH I studied Law at Coventry University and went on to gain my postgraduate Law diploma at De Montfort University, Leicester.

What do you like about your role and the company?

NAH is like my second family. The people that work here are amazing, and the work ethic is something that I love. My role is varied every day. There is the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and as a business we care so much about our customers. I am passionate about doing as much as I can in my role to support our customers in making what has happened to them right.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I am mum to a very active 5-year-old, so I am busy most weekends ferrying Ruby around to her different dance lessons. I am a licenced chaperone so supervise some of the dance classes and shows that she takes part in. I love the outdoors and going away in our family touring caravan – my favourite place to visit is the seaside, spending time on the beach making memories with my family.
