Background

Growing up in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, Jo joined us in 2017 – originally as one of our legally-trained support advisors with our advice brand National Accident Helpline. With a strong background in customer service, today Jo is a claims advisor for National Accident Law. She’s the critical first contact point for customers coming to us.

Skills

With many years’ experience as a legal support advisor, Jo has terrific interpersonal skills and a great ear for listening. She understands the importance of ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers and this means a careful eye for detail – and compassion. 

Jo’s role

Jo makes sure customers coming to us are welcomed warmly and checks their claim details with a minimum of fuss before our legal teams begin handling their case. It’s a key role, helping customers make those important initial steps to getting the compensation they deserve.

Outside the office

Jo’s a keen gamer and photographer who also enjoys needlework, origami and travel. Claim to fame? Contestant on BBC1’s ‘Bargain Hunt’ - a real bobby-dazzler!
