Background...

Kerri first joined us as a Legal Services Advisor in 2010 where she played an important role National Accident Helpline, our personal injury advice brand. She moved across to National Accident Law in 2018.

Skills...

An experienced operations manager, Kerri defines how we deploy our day-to-day technology and service processes so that our claims handling teams can provide our customers with the best possible service.

Kerri's role...

Kerri works very closely with the Litigation Manager. She ensures claim files are handled in accordance with all compliance regulations and that we achieve the best possible compensation settlements for our customers.

She is also responsible for transferring customer claims to our Claims Litigation Team where it has not been possible to agree an appropriate settlement with the other side. Kerri also looks at the way we work across the firm, highlighting any customer-facing and internal processes that we can improve.

Outside the office...

Kerri has lived in Northamptonshire all her life and enjoys the balance of countryside and town that the county offers. Not only is Kerri a serious sports fan but also a serious handbag fan - and an identical twin too.
