One of our senior paralegals, Martin helps build strong cases for our customers and makes sure the technical details are right.


Martin joined our business in 2016 as a claims advisor with our National Accident Helpline brand before moving over to National Accident Law in 2018. With a Paralegal Apprenticeship Grade 3, Martin has developed excellent case preparation skills while supervising claims for our new customers.


Martin entered personal injury legal services with a strong desire to help people get the access to the legal support they need. He has developed the forensic and technical skills found in all good paralegals that help build the strongest case for our customers at what’s often a difficult period in their lives.

Martin’s role

As a paralegal, Martin supports our legal team, working with them to help build the best possible case for compensation on behalf of our customers.

He carries out certain legal tasks, including research, preparing legal documents, filing claims documentation, collecting evidence, filing documents at court, data analysis as well as giving some types of legal advice. A former claims preparation team supervisor, Martin’s strong suite of technical legal skills are invaluable in this role.

Outside the office

Growing up in Kettering, Northamptonshire, Martin’s loves his sport. He’s a keen footballer and football, basketball and NFL fan. Plus a gamer, kite surfer and sea fisherman – and a former district athletics champion.
