I agree for National Accident Helpline to contact me.

One of our paralegals, Matthew’s job is to help investigate then build the best possible claim cases for our customers.

Matthew joined our legal advice brand National Accident Helpline in 2017 as a claims advisor, moving over to National Accident Law in 2020. A graduate in drama and acting from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Matthew has strong experience in the personal injury advice sector.

Coming from a customer service background, legal services was the natural place for Matthew to develop his interest in helping people get the access to the law. Matthew’s work as a personal injury claims advisor was a strong preparation for becoming a paralegal.
