An experienced administration professional, Nicola supports our litigation teams day-to-day and helps the claims process run smoothly.


Born and raised in Hammersmith, London, Nicola joined our business in 2011. With much experience in customer service, Nicola understands how important it is to make sure the claims process runs smoothly inside our firm - and most importantly, for our customers too.


In litigation administration, organisation, accuracy, order and a firm grasp of processes are key. With a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship with Distinction, Nicola has a great eye for detail and helps our litigation teams run smoothly and in a timely fashion.

Nicola’s role

From accurately logging compensation claim information to checking that all steps in a claim have been followed, Nicola offers all the support services that our litigation teams need.

Outside the office

As well as bringing up her young family, Nicola enjoys cooking, baking and loves listening to podcasts - the true crime variety in particular.
