A bi-lingual senior litigator, Patricia builds the strongest case possible in claims where the circumstances are complex.
Patricia joined National Accident Law in 2021 and is a graduate of the University of East London. Born and raised in Rybnik, southern Poland, she originally qualified as a Social and Public Services interpreter in the UK but eventually choose a career in law to make the most out of her strong negotiation and legal drafting skills.
Patricia has nearly 20 years’ experience in litigation. She is also fluently bi-lingual in English and her native Polish, as well being able to speak Slovak.
Patricia specialises in case analysis that quickly enables her to identify legal problems and provide sound advice to our customers. She has also spent much time reaching out to the Eastern European communities in the UK to explain the framework of personal injury rights. Being involved in marketing campaigns of her personal injury department in the past, Patricia was known to speak to the press and being quoted in magazines such as “The Law Gazette”.
She works closely with our customers to set expectations and explain the legal process clearly and with care. Patricia also makes all the necessary preparations should the claim go to court honing of her legal drafting skills. It's a job that requires diplomacy and a sharp eye for the details that count.
Patricia takes on a personal injury compensation claim when the other side involved challenges accident liability, doesn't admit fault or if the circumstances are difficult or technically challenging. Advising our legal teams, she builds the strongest possible case for a successful claim outcome; this requires a forensic understanding of both the law and legal procedure.
Patricia specialises in road traffic accident claims as well as those for employer’s liability, public liability, occupier’s liability, product liability and occupational disease.
Outside the office...
Patricia is mum to two growing children. A keen reader of history as well as skier, mountain climber and traveller, Patricia also loves drawing, painting and studying Polish folk art.
