I oversee National Accident Helpline’s strategy on employee engagement and leadership development, talent attraction and communications.
My role involves leading our employee strategies and ensuring that National Accident Helpline’s values are embedded in our processes.
I have worked in HR roles across the world for more than 20 years.
What do you like about your role and the company?
I am passionate about staff engagement and recognition, and it is really rewarding to see people thriving and developing their skills with us. Two huge highlights for me are NAH achieving Gold status from Investors in People (IIP) and being named as one of the Sunday Times’ Top 100 Small Businesses To Work For 2019.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Being from an Australian heritage, my spare time is centred around outdoor activities including water skiing, gardening, scuba diving and, of course, throwing a shrimp on the BBQ.
