How can we help you?
We’re National Accident Helpline, the leading name in personal injury claims in the UK. If you’ve had an accident and suffered an injury as a result, we’re the right people to find a no win no fee solicitor for you.
Together with our nationwide panel of no win no fee solicitors, we help more people get compensation following an accident than anyone else. We also take the paperwork, stress and uncertainty out of finding a solicitor, making sure that no one has to suffer unfairly after an injury.
What is a no win no fee solicitor?
No win no fee solicitors are solicitors who only get paid if they win your case. They work on a conditional fee agreement (also known as a no win no fee agreement) which means that you don’t need to worry about any funding during your case or about covering the cost of your claim if your case is unsuccessful.
Quite simply, that means you don’t need to be worried about being left out of pocket after your claim has been settled. Especially as your no win no fee solicitor will agree a fee for their services with you, if your case is successful.
All about our no win no fee solicitors
Our network of solicitors spans the UK, so we’re sure we can find the best solicitor to help you in your time of need. Not only will they work hard to ensure you’re fully compensated for your injury, they’ll also handle the paperwork and help you understand the process, the law and your legal rights.
Unlike some other claims companies, all our solicitors work on a no win no fee basis.
There are some rare exceptions to our no win no fee service, which your solicitor can explain to you before you begin your claim.

Our no win no fee solicitors in Scotland
The no win no fee system works the same way in Scotland as it does in other areas of the UK. This means that you can still make a claim on a no win no fee basis with us. So, if you lose your claim, whatever the reason, you won’t have to pay a penny.
And, if you do win, your solicitor will make sure you get the maximum compensation you deserve.
When dealing with medical negligence claims in Scotland we are unable to offer a no win no fee service.
Our no win no fee service is also subject to your solicitor firm agreeing to take your case on, as well as other limited exceptions that your solicitor will explain in more detail before you start your case. Cases where we’re not able to offer no win no fee are rare, but we’ll let you know if our agreement doesn’t apply to your accident.
How do we keep our service better than the rest?
All of our solicitors commit to the standards of our customer charter, so you can be confident you’re getting a high-quality service throughout your claim.
Our customer charter outlines the standard of service we expect from our solicitors and the standard of service you can expect from us, so you know exactly what’s in store when you call us and when we connect you to your solicitor.
