The Claims Process

When you fill in our online form or call our team, we’ll need you to tell us a bit more about your accident or injury to help us assess whether you can make a compensation claim.

If we think you can make a claim, we’ll tell you there and then and put you in touch with a solicitor in your area. They will work on a “no win no fee” basis. What this means is, win or lose, making a claim shouldn't cost you a penny.

Your solicitor will be on hand every step of the way to explain what’s going on, and you won’t have to fill in loads of paperwork as your solicitor will do most of this for you.
