We’re National Accident Helpline
We are the most experienced personal injury specialists in the UK, having helped over two million people understand whether they have a compensation claim.
Since 1993, we’ve been putting people like you in contact with our nationwide network of specialist solicitors, ensuring you’re able to claim the compensation you deserve.
We’re extremely proud to have been helping people like you gain access to justice for over 20 years.
Our friendly, legally trained advisors are based in our contact centre in Kettering, Northamptonshire. These advisors are supported by our highly experienced management staff.
We also have a network of specialist personal injury solicitors across the UK. This helps us make sure we can find the right solicitor to handle your claim. We always try to find a solicitor who has experience with cases like yours.
Our solicitors work on a no win no fee basis. This means that if your claim is unsuccessful, you’ll have absolutely nothing to pay. Visit our no win no fee page to learn more.
Our broad knowledge of different types of claims has led to us becoming the UK’s market leaders. We understand the details of what people like you need to know when you call us.
We know that the claims process needs to be straightforward and stress-free. We know how important a no win no fee agreement is for people to gain access to the compensation they deserve. And we understand that people want to know how much they could claim before they contact us. That’s why we try to answer all of your questions when you visit our website.
If you have any questions not answered here, or you would like to speak to somebody about your experience, give us a free call on 0800 540 4258
There’s no obligation to claim when you call and the call is confidential.
Our campaign against cold calling
We only ever get in touch with people who have asked us to, which means we never cold call, send spam text or emails, or engage in any other form of nuisance marketing.
We have campaigned strongly against this practice with our Stop Nuisance Calls initiative, including lobbying government to adopt tougher measures for combating it.
You can also find helpful advice and information on what you can do if you are the recipients of cold calls or spam texts on our cold calling page.
The Ethical Marketing Charter
National Accident Helpline is founder of the Ethical Marketing Charter, set up with other industry leaders in 2015 to encourage organisations in the personal injury sector to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards. The Charter, supported by parliamentarians and industry regulators, calls on its members to commit to:
- Stand firmly against nuisance calling, never cold calling or sending spam texts or spam emails
- Stand firmly against the unethical buying and selling of accident data, never misusing accident data to pressure people into making a claim
- Stand firmly against inappropriate and misleading advertising, never inducing personal injury claims by making false or misleading promises in their advertising, and are clear and upfront about any exclusions to no win no fee
Visit the Ethical Marketing Charter website to find out more about the Charter and its signatories.

Our work with charity partners
In 2016, we partnered with The Paul Bush Foundation Trust, adopting them as our chosen charity.
The Paul Bush Foundation Trust works with individuals and organisations to help people financially, physically and emotionally following a serious accident.
We’re very proud to be partnered with such a fantastic charity that works hard to support those who have suffered severe and life-changing injuries that have resulted in life-long disabilities.
You can read more about The Paul Bush Foundation and the work they do here. Or alternatively, you can read about our work helping people towards their compensation following a life-changing accident here.
