Steve's story
Anyone who is hesitant to make a claim, speak to National Accident Helpline, they helped me massively.
Steve was just about to turn right at some traffic lights, when he took a huge impact from another vehicle. He sustained an inflamed cracked right elbow, whiplash, and a cracked tooth. The accident caused Steve not only physical pain and physio sessions, but a loss of income through time off work. The job offer that he was about to take on was retracted, leading to uncertainty for Steve and his family.
My heart was set on becoming a heavy goods driver and it was taken away from me.
After taking a look at National Accident Helpline's website, and reading reviews, Steve realised that he shared something in common with customers. He was struggling and the accident wasn't his fault. Steve told his story to one of our helpline advisors, who helped him get his life back on track.
I felt relieved, I had a weight off my shoulders. The ease of the claim was the best thing about it. Once the claim had been settled, I was relieved. I had got back what I lost and could get on with my life.
