When we call you, you’ll speak to one of our friendly, legally trained advisors who can answer any questions you might have about making a compensation claim. They’ll ask you questions about your experience and be able to advise if they think you have a claim. 

Any details you give us are kept secure. We won’t pass your details on to anybody else, including a specialist solicitor, unless you agree we can share them.

When we call you, we’ll discuss your experience in more detail and be on hand to answer any questions you might have about making a claim.

If you have a claim, we’ll then put you in contact with the solicitor who is right for your compensation claim. Your solicitor will also talk through your experience. This is so they can help you receive the maximum compensation you deserve. Your solicitor will then contact the other party involved and negotiate on your behalf.

Malicious or abusive calls are a criminal offence under Section 43 of the Telecommunications Act 1984. We will not hesitate to report such acts to the police. 

We’re also against cold calling

We’re also committed to never using cold calling or spam marketing to contact you. That’s why we will only call you if you provide us with your details.

We’re aware that imposters do use our name to contact you and how repetitive and intrusive this can be to your daily life. That’s why we’ve launched the Stop Nuisance Calls campaign.

The Stop Nuisance Calls campaign is calling upon the government to take action to stop spam marketing of all kinds.
