I love helping people and I love writing, so combining the two is what led me to my role at National Accident Helpline.

"From my experience, when people find themselves in difficult or unfamiliar situations, like a car accident or sudden injury, they need reassurance, along with a clear and simple way to understand what their next steps could be. Like our Helpline Advisors do on the phone to assist customers making a claim, I aim to do the same through creating clear and helpful content for the website."

Grace joined National Accident Helpline in 2026, becoming part of the marketing team within the search engine optimisation (SEO) division. Her role covers all aspects of content, from research and analysis to writing and editing webpages and blogs.

After graduating from the University of the West of England in 2019 with a BA (Hons) in Journalism and Media, Grace spent seven years in a variety of marketing roles. She started in social media management before finding her niche in SEO, working across industries including vehicle insurance, breakdown care, femtech and recruitment.

She specialises in breaking down complex legal jargon into clear, bite-sized content that helps customers make informed decisions about a personal injury claim. Grace works closely with our compliance team and wider business to fully understand each service before writing about it, turning complex processes into information anyone can easily understand.

Grace specialist areas include:

Road traffic accidents - Grace has been driving for over 10 years and has volunteered with road safety group, IAM RoadSmart, giving her a strong understanding of road safety, how accidents can happen and the life changing effects they can have.

Personal injury claims  - Grace has unique insight into the questions people most need answered when making a claim. She uses this understanding to create content that is clear, simple and reassuring.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading with her book club, running and spending quality time with her Bernese Mountain dog, Jub Jub.
