An experienced business and litigation manager, Ian builds and manages the relationships with our strategic legal partners.
Background:
Ian joined our business in 2018 after many years spent in the motor insurance, consumer legal services sectors with household names like Green Flag and Direct Line. Having worked on both sides of the claimant/defendant equation, Ian has a very well-rounded view of the UK personal injury market and our leading place in it.
Skills:
Ian is a skilled business development manager. He specialises in building and guiding exceptional and lasting relationships with our external partners, both existing and new.
Ian's role:
Ian is our commercial 'face' in the personal injury marketplace. Our National Accident Helpline advice brand works with many leading UK personal injury law firms who handle compensation claims for our customers. Ian's responsible for managing and developing those relationships, across all categories of personal injury claim, as well as Panel Relationships, and Products and Commercial Strategy for the business.
He makes sure we're always working with the right partners who have the right skills, products and capabilities to provide an exceptional legal experience for our customers.
Outside the office:
Ian enjoys spending time with his young family. A keen golfer and football fan, he's an enthusiastic Leeds United supporter.
