Background...

Will joined our business in 2018 as Managing Director of our Residential Property Division. His 18 years' experience with consumer multinational Procter & Gamble and leading financial services comparison business Moneysupermarket.com gives Will a thorough understanding of why people buy.

That strategic understanding is one of the keys to our business. Will is responsible for building strong, authentic legal brands that offer our customers clarity, simplicity and an exceptional digital journey.

Skills...

A BSc graduate with a degree in Management Science from Warwick Business School, Will has over 20 years' international brand and commercial marketing experience. He has worked with some of our most familiar and memorable household products.

Will's market planning and behavioural analysis is central to how we connect with our customers in the right way - at the right time and with the right message.

Will's role...

Will holds broad responsibility for brand-building, lead generation, market analysis, and online customer experience journeys for the businesses that comprise our Consumer Legal Services Division. As a member of the Group Leadership Team, he also supports the division and Group board with strategy development.

Outside the office...

With a growing family, Will enjoys marathon+ ultrarunning, gardening, gets a buzz from beekeeping and also plays the guitar.
