A highly experienced business leader, Will is responsible for defining our growth strategy and is committed to ensuring we set the bar in service deliverance.


Will joined our business in 2018 as Managing Director of our Residential Property Division before moving to a Marketing and Strategic role and into his current role of Managing Director – Consumer Legal Division. 

His 18 years’ experience with consumer multinational Proctor & Gamble and leading financial services comparison business MoneySupermarket.com give Will a thorough understanding of the consumer journey and excellent customer service.


A BSc graduate with a degree in Management Science from Warwick Business School, Will has over 20 years' international brand and commercial marketing experience. He has worked with some of our most familiar and memorable household products.

Will's market planning and behavioural analysis is central to how we connect with our customers in the right way - at the right time and with the right message.

Will's role...

Will holds broad responsibility for brand-building, lead generation, market analysis, and online customer experience journeys for the businesses that comprise our Consumer Legal Services Division. 

As a member of the Group Leadership Team, he also supports the division and Group board with strategy development.

Outside the office...

With a growing family, Will enjoys marathon+ ultrarunning, gardening, gets a buzz from beekeeping and also plays the guitar.
