Friday 13th is considered by some to be one of the unluckiest days of the year. This Friday 13th, to mark the end of the UK's first ever Accident Awareness Week, National Accident Helpline wants to remind people that most minor accidents are not down to bad luck or superstition - but lack of care.

Black cats are the ultimate symbol of superstition, with 45% of Brits believing the animals are unlucky according to a survey by National Accident Helpline.

National Accident Helpline took three-year-old Cola, a black cat, to a number of locations around London to remind people that many minor accidents have nothing to do with luck or fortune, but are something we can control by being careful.
